We are a promotional product distributor and proud member of the Advertising Specialty Institute. Promotional products, also known as ad specialties, make up a nearly $17 billion dollar industry and are used by virtually every business in America. Why? Items like mugs, pens and t-shirts are memorable and provide a better cost per impression for advertisers than almost every major marketing effort like TV, magazines and the Internet. We are able to supply your company with every possible promotional product from over 3000 suppliers. With so many ad specialties available there is a huge opportunity for professionals like you to boost ROI and leave a lasting impression with your customers. Our mission is to help you create long-lasting relationships with your clients through the power of promotional products.

State Fair

STEPS:

As the annual state fair dates approach, as the event coordinator, you’ll need to finalize the larger plans and find ideas for giveaways and items for vendors.

Welcome Gifts
Based on last year’s attendance, you’re expecting healthy attendance numbers. You should consider distributing welcome gifts to the first 1,000 attendees as they enter the fairgrounds. Volunteers can hand out backpacks filled with a state fair T-Shirt, a kid’s toy and customized water bottles. This is a great opportunity for any of the businesses that are fair sponsors to promote themselves by splitting the cost of all four items and having their logo printed on them too.

Vendor Giveaways
Since there will be vendors selling food or products, split the cost of booth necessities. Food vendors can assist in the costs to purchase cups by putting their logo or name on them. Another perfect giveaway is customized hand sanitizers for customers, so they can clean up before and after they eat. Product vendors can offer visitors personalized fans, which will be convenient if the weather gets too hot, and bug repellant simply makes sense at an outdoor event.

Fun After Dark
As the night sky begins to set in, make things fun for families by providing accessories for the evening. Glowing items are sure to be a hit with the kids, so try finding a youth organization like the 4-H club to split costs and give away glow-in-the-dark glasses. Kids will enjoy the cool effects at night. Lastly, volunteers can provide complimentary mini flashlights, which always come in handy, both at the fair and thereafter.
